The Company may amend this Agreement and/or the Privacy Policy at any time by posting a revised version on the Site. The revised version will be effective at the time we post it on the Site, and in the event you continue to use our Site, you are impliedly agreeing to the revised TERMS AND CONDITIONS and Privacy Policy expressed herein.

Price & Content Information

While we endeavor to maintain accurate pricing and content information, occasional errors may occur. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for items listed at incorrect prices or with inaccurate content descriptions. In such cases, we will contact the customer for further instructions and may choose to cancel the order at our discretion.

Exchange Policy 

If you receive a product with defects, kindly notify us on our WhatsApp number within 48 hours of receiving the item. We will guide you through the return process to our address in Pakistan, with all associated shipping and customs charges covered by the customer. We conduct a thorough investigation upon receiving the defective product and proceed with a refund or replacement at our discretion. Generally, we do not accept exchanges or refunds, except in cases of verified defects or exceptional circumstances.

CARE INSTRUCTIONS

• All of our pieces are designed to be dry clean only. We strongly recommend that customers adhere to these care instructions to ensure the longevity and quality of the garment.
• Please note that any damage caused by handwashing, machine washing, or any cleaning methods other than dry cleaning will not be covered under our returns or exchange policy. We will not be held liable for any deterioration, shrinkage, or damage resulting from improper care.
